1. The driver of the vessel must remain sober from alcohol or drugs the entire time of usage on any and all of our rented equipment, Please wear our lifejackets for Safety.
2. Daily & Multi-Day customers must bring the non motorized units onto dry land at night, Or when not in use.
3. Customers Are 100% Responsible For Any Damage To Rental Equipment, And/ Or Loss Of Equipment. Not limited to other person's boats, docks, swim rafts, motors, people onboard our vessels as well as another vessel.
4. 50% Down Payment Due At The Time Of Making Reservation, Absolutely No Refunds, We Will Issue A Rain-Check Voucher Which Will Never Expire, Also Transferrable To A Friend Or Family Member, We Would Need Written Email From Customer Consent To Transfer His/Her Reservation.
