Cancellations and Policies

Policies:

  •  Customers Are 100% Responsible For Any Damage To Rental Equipment, And/ Or Loss Of Equipment.
  •  We Accept Visa/ Mastercard/ Discover/ Cash Or Check with Approval
  •  Security Deposit Is Required On ALL Rentals
  • Tying vessels to docks is absolutely not allowed — please have a boat lift at the house you are renting from, or if a boat lift isn’t available, we can provide more anchors. Please let the boat swing in the wind close to the dock.

 

Cancellations:

  •  If a rental is canceled within 24 hours or is a no-show — the fee is 100% of total rental
  •  Absolutely NO REFUNDS
  •  One Day Rental customers — Cancellations must be made 10 days prior to agreed rental date & time
  • Multi-Day / Weekly Rental customers — Cancellations must be made 20 days prior to agreed rental date & time
  • Inclement Weather — The weather changes on a daily basis, & we always work with our customers 100%
